Metropolitan Hospital

For the Metropolitan Hospital in Bucharest, Desco delivered 6,000 sqm of building space. Construction started in 2011 and was completed in 2012, after 14 months on site.

Hospital construction leaves no room for improvisation. The programme was tightly sequenced, every trade had its window, and deviations were caught early rather than repaired late.

The project shows that we deliver in special-purpose construction too: demanding use, a fixed deadline, a clean handover.
