SMYK AFI

The SMYK AFI project in Bucharest covers 1,000 sqm, delivered in 2009 — three months from start of works to handover.

A three-month build means the work starts before the site does. Materials, trades and dates were fixed before the first crew arrived; on site, the team executed instead of deciding.

Not every project runs to 100,000 sqm. SMYK AFI shows we build small floor areas with the same discipline as large ones — fast, on schedule and with no friction for the client.
