Two-Family House Manching

In Manching, home of Desco International GmbH, a two-family house with 440 sqm of living space was built starting in 2022 and completed in mid-2023.

A project on your own doorstep is the most honest reference: here we build where everyone knows us — to the same standards we apply on large sites, from structural works down to the details.

The house shows the other side of our portfolio: alongside factory halls and residential complexes, we also build at private scale — precisely, on schedule, and in our home town.
